Krayt is confined to Legends now, and his close ties to the Yuuzhan Vong mean he'll probably stay there. In the end, Darth Krayt was slain by Cade Skywalker, Luke Skywalker's grandson. Hett was grafted to a living Yuuzhan Vong suit of armor and Darth Krayt was officially born, with an entire army of Sith at his disposal. Hett was corrupted by the Dark Side and captured by the invading Yuuzhan Vong soon after.
